With our traditional skills and methods in hand-crafted inscriptions, we are able to offer you a range of beautiful lettering options for your memorial or in addition to existing memorials as part of our renovation services. Whether you require the addition of a small inscription or an epitaph, our team of expert stonemasons will create the perfect design from our fine selection of lettering. We can also ensure that the lettering matches any existing inscription using our extensive knowledge of methods and handcrafting techniques.

What designs do you offer?

you can choose individual hand carved letters or the latest state of the art machine cut lettering
you can pick from a wide range of fonts to compliment your unique memorials
you will be offered a scaled artwork of your design for your approval before the lettering commences
you can create your own design of the layout of the memorial which we will then implement
we can help you chose lettering that fits in with the requirements of your churchyard.

Do you provide lettering in different languages?

We specialise in carving lettering for memorials in a range of world languages, including: Arabic, Chinese, Cyrillic, Armenian, Persian, Ukranian and more. Creative Memorials also holds an excellent library of Islamic text from the Koran for our Muslim customers. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you have personal requirements of this sort.

Can you add new inscriptions to an existing memorial?

If you require a new inscription to be added to an existing memorial we will be more than happy to do this for you. We are experienced and skilled in providing this service and have the in-house skills to replicate almost any inscription. Usually we can carry out this work by returning the memorial to our workshop, but we can on occasion carry out the inscription at the memorial’s location. Please note that each memorial is individually costed according to a memorial’s situation, material and lettering.
